Our wedding coordinator services will guide you from booking day to wedding day, ensuring every detail, including dinnerware and service equipment, is perfectly arranged.

Our wedding coordinator services include acting as the primary point of contact for vendors, assisting in creating a wedding day timeline to manage the flow of events, and collaborating with you to establish a theme for the day. This encompasses designing your wedding day decor and ensuring access to venue and decor, as well as providing dinnerware and service equipment. Additionally, our coordinator will assist in the day-of rehearsal.

We provide comfortable seating in our reception hall, featuring 60-inch round tables, padded chairs, and banquet tables. With access to venue and decor included, our hall can accommodate up to 150 guests, and we also offer dinnerware and service equipment for your convenience. Additionally, our wedding coordinator services ensure that every detail is taken care of.

As a guest, you will have direct access to the venue and decor at Timber Hall. This includes your choice of colors in runners and napkins, floor-length tablecloths, as well as a large variety of table decorations.
