As a guest, you have unlimited visits to Timber Hall to include unlimited meetings with our wedding coordinator, who will work with you from booking day to wedding day.

Our Wedding Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for vendors, assists in creating a wedding day timeline to manage the flow of events, and works with you to create a theme for the day to include designing your wedding day decor and assisting in day-of rehearsal.

Our staff provides all set-up services to include chair covers, tablecloths, decor, and dinnerware. Our after-dinner services include busing, venue clean-up, and trash removal. 

Timber Hall provides all dinnerware to include chargers, wine goblets, as well as service equipment for the buffet, dessert, cocktail, and drink stations.

We provide comfortable seating in our reception hall, with 60-inch round tables, padded chairs, and banquet tables. Our hall can accommodate up to 150 guests.

As a guest, you will have direct access to all Timber Hall decor. This includes your choice of colors in runners and napkins, floor-length table cloths, as well as a large variety of table decorations.
