Special Bonus:

  • SPECIAL BONUS!!  On-site Coordinator is available to you at all times to answer your questions, assist in planning, setup & breakdown, rehearsal/directing ceremony, unlimited visits, coordination with all your vendors, and just be there for you and your guests!

Our Services Include:

  • Unlimited visits, emails, texts, and calls
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for vendors for pre-wedding day visits, as well as on the wedding day  
  • Help in creating your timeline.  Keep the wedding day on schedule and manage the flow of events.
  • Help you to create a theme or feel for the day, assist in decor design
  • Day of:    Preset Tables-setup includes Tablecloth, Runners, Chargers, Chair Covers, Tableware
  • Assistance in Day of Table Decor Set-up  **TBD on Complexity of Design
  • 3-6 Staff Members on site during the event to oversee that your event runs smoothly 
  • After dinner, busing & cleanup, trash removal, leftover packaging
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Weddings:   Access starts at 8:00 am, Exit time 11:00 pm 
  • Rehearsal/Ceremony Direction

Packages & Pricing

Package 1- Small & Intimate: $4,400

This package includes microweddings and elopements with a guest count of 1-50. Each additional guest over 50 will be at $45.00 per guest. 

This package is available on Fridays & Sundays only.

All services & amenities are included.


Package 2- Friends & Family: $5,500

This package includes a guest count of 51-100. Each additional guest over 100 will be at  $45.00 per guest.

All services & amenities are included.

Package 3- Friends, Family and More: $6,800

This package includes a guest count of 101-135. Each additional guest over 135 will be at $45.00 per guest. 

All services & amenities are included.

Food Service Management Add-On: $850

This food service management add-on includes service equipment and management of all catered food for buffet, cake, desserts, as well as the appetizer table.
