Enjoy unlimited visits, emails, texts, and calls as part of our event packages for Timber Hall weddings. We act as the primary point of contact for vendors during pre-wedding day visits and on the wedding day itself. Our team will help you create a detailed timeline to keep your special day on schedule and manage the flow of events seamlessly. We'll assist you in crafting a theme or feel for the day, including decor design. On the day of your event, our preset tables setup includes Tablecloths, Runners, Chargers, Chair Covers, and Tableware. Assistance with Day of Table Decor Set-up will depend on the complexity of the design. You will have 3-6 staff members on site during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly. After dinner, we provide busing and cleanup services, trash removal, and leftover packaging. For Timber Hall weddings held on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, access begins at 8:00 am and ends at 11:00 pm. We also offer rehearsal and ceremony direction, a rain plan, and parking attendants for larger parties, along with separate vendor parking. Our venue is ADA compliant with handicap and wheelchair access, including special shuttling services. Additionally, a food services package is available as an optional upgrade.

Don’t miss our outdoor bar with a view and our garden ceremony site, which includes benches, electric access, and surrounding cafe lighting. The venue spans 3 acres of beautifully landscaped yard and garden, featuring a winding sidewalk and stairwell, alongside 2 large, well-marked parking lots. We also provide a recommended vendors list to assist with planning your event packages. Our offerings include chair covers, floor-length tablecloths, and a variety of color choices for runners and napkins. We supply flatware, glassware, china, and chargers, as well as a coffee bar setup with 2 Keurig coffee makers and coffee cups. Enjoy access to a large assortment of decor and service equipment for buffet, dessert, cocktail, and drink stations. The caterer prep kitchen is equipped with a warming oven, large refrigerator, work tables, a small chest freezer, and sinks. Our venue features 60-inch round tables seating 8 guests each, padded chairs for up to 150 guests, and banquet tables of various sizes (4, 6, and 8-foot). We also provide a charming farmhouse sweetheart table and additional tables for sign-in, gifts, and appetizers.
