* $200.00 refundable damage security deposit is required on the date of the event
* $50 parking attendant fee for events having over 50 guests
* Special Event insurance is required
* Insured bartender is required if serving all alcohol
* ABC Limited Special Occasion Permit is required if serving liquor
* Copies of all permits & insurance must be submitted to Timber Hall prior to the event
