2023 Wedding Packages & Pricing


Below is our 2023 Timber Hall Events Calendar. Please note: The calendar is updated periodically. Therefore, it is best to call to obtain the most current available dates. Scroll down to see our one and two day packages & pricing.

The following package is our one-day event, Saturday through Wednesday.  Times are 9:00 am until 11:00pm.   

#1 Guest Count  1-50          $3,775.00 plus tax 

#2 Guest Count  51-100       $4,625.00 plus tax

#3 Guest Count  101-135      $6,675.00 plus tax 

Each additional guest is $45.00 per guest for a maximum of 135 guests in total.

  • 5 Acres of hillsides with mountain views and gardens for photos 
  • 2 Coordinators on site to assist in all your needs 
  • As many visits as needed {according to availability] 
  • Rehearsal/Directing/Coordination.
  • Coordination with all your vendors. 
  • Pre-set table placement to include Tablecloths/chair covers & place settings. 
  • Parking Attendants & Shuttle to Ceremony Site. 
  • After dinner Busing & Cleanup with Trash removal. 
  • AC Bridal Suite & Groom’s Ready Rooms 
  • Groom’s Hangout 
  • 1200’ Covered porch furnished with views of the gardens & mountains 
  • Access to all decorations and assistance with set up.  
  • Padded chairs with white covers {reception} 
  • 60” round tables & Banquet tables 
  • 3 colors of Linen tablecloths, 15 colors of napkins 
  • Flatware, glassware, china, chargers 
  • Buffet Service chafing dishes w/utensils, drink dispensers, Coffee Urn
  • Pavilion & Ceremony Site w/electric hookups 
  • Caterers staging area & prep kitchen 
  • 2 hour rehearsal included and will be scheduled according to availability

Rehearsal Dinner

  • Simple Rehearsal
    • 4 hours of time
    • Rehearsal
    • Cookout or catered in
    • $200 for up to 50 guests
  • Includes:
    • Electric
    • Garbage Pick up
    • Picnic Benches
    • Charcoal Grill
  • Add Ons:
    • 50-75 (max) guests is an additional $8 per person
    • If your plans include musical entertainment ($50)
    • If your plans include a bar ($50) (bartender and bartender’s insurance required)


Info for All Packages

With all packages there is a refundable $500.00 damage deposit and Event insurance is required. 

We have wonderful vendors that we work with regularly and I would be glad to connect you with them at booking or if you like I can take care of the details for you for an additional fee. 

Our wedding season begins Mid-April and goes to the end of November.
