Wedding Packages



The Oak Package priced at $5000.00 includes everything you need to make your wedding the amazing day you have always dreamed of with the exception of music, floral, photography and catering. (Terrific Vendor recommendations at booking).  No surprise add ons!  

Package Includes: up to 150 guests

  • 2 Day Venue access Friday and Saturday
    • Friday 10:00 am-10:00 pm
    • Saturday 9:00 am- 12:00 {Midnight}
  • 5 Acres of hillsides with mountain views and gardens for photos
  • 2 Coordinators on site to assist in all your needs
  • As many visits as you need {according to availability} to make sure your vision will work out just as you planned for the big day or bring grandma and friends!
  • Rehearsal coordination.  As many times as it takes!
  • Friday access to Pavilion to have a cookout/carry in Rehearsal dinner.
  • Coordination with all your vendors.
  • Pre-set table placement to include Tablecloths/chair covers & place settings.
  • Parking Attendants & Shuttle to Ceremony Site.
  • After dinner Bussing & Cleanup with Trash removal.
  • AC Bridal Suite & Groom’s Ready Rooms
  • Groom’s Hangout
  • 1200’ Covered porch furnished with views of the gardens & mountains

Special Smaller Packages

Due to Covid-19 we have added some additional packages for our couples who will be considering having smaller weddings.

The following are our special packages for our couples with a desire to have a smaller more intimate wedding.  They are a 1-day event, Monday through Sunday.  Times are 10:00am until 10:00pm.  Included amenities are parking attendants, shuttle service, rehearsal time, free use of pavilion for rehearsal lunch brunch, rehearsal time, tablecloths, chair covers, complete dinnerware set-up, buffet set-up, access to available decorations and furniture, coordination with vendors, assistance with set-up and breakdown, busing services and cleanup.

🥂  #2 Guest Count  51-75      $4,050.00 plus tax

Info for All Packages

With all packages there is a refundable $300.00 damage deposit and Event insurance is required. 

We have wonderful vendors that we work with regularly and I would be glad to connect you with them at booking or if you like I can take care of the details for you for an additional fee. 

Our wedding season begins Mid-April and goes to the end of November.
